Machinery Company, Taiwan. He has a new customer Mr. Leo Smith, the owner of
Leo Smith & Sons., Ltd., U.S.A. Derek Chang is calling Mr. Smith the day before
his visit.

machines tomorrow. How do I get to your factory?
Mr. Chang : Can I pick you up in the hotel lobby at
9:00 in the morning?
Mr. Smith : Sure. I’d appreciate it.
Mr. Chang : OK. See you at 9:00 tomorrow morning in
the hotel lobby.
Mr. Smith : Thank you very much for calling. See
you.

shake hands and exchange business cards.

Mr. Chang : Coffee or tea?
Mr. Smith : Coffee, please. I saw your website and I
am interested in your surface grinders. I’d like to know more about your CNC
series as well. Do you have any catalogues?
Mr. Chang : Yes. This is the general catalogue for our
surface grinders. Page 1 and 2 are saddle series; page 3 and 4 are column series.
These are conventional types and this is our new catalogue for the CNC series.
Mr. Smith : What is the table size of your surface
grinders?
Mr. Chang : The table sizes range from 150mm x 350mm
to 1500mm x 6000mm.
Mr. Chang : 請問您要喝茶還是咖啡?
